Terms of service

What you actually buy, how the key activates, and when refunds apply.

  • License and usage rights

    When you buy a product you receive a personal license to use the listed functionality on a single device for the stated duration. The license is hardware-bound and activates through a key or DLL — it won't work on anyone else's machine.

    The license duration is shown on each product page (day, week, month, or lifetime). Once it expires the product stops working; renewals are a separate purchase and don't auto-charge.

    Licenses are non-transferable — you can't sell, gift, lease, or share them with third parties.

  • Payment and activation

    We accept cards, SBP, crypto, and selected third-party payment processors. Once the payment is confirmed, your key is delivered to your email and appears in your account within 60 seconds.

    If a transaction stays in the "processing" state for more than 15 minutes, message support — most of the time it's just provider lag, and in the rest we'll refund you automatically with no questions asked.

  • Refunds and replacements

    If a key fails for reasons on our side (broken key, service outage, delivery error) we'll either replace it or refund you within 24 hours of your request. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

    Confirm system compatibility before purchase — required OS and hardware are listed on each product page. When in doubt, reach out to support before paying and we'll help you pick a compatible product.

    Refunds are not available for working, successfully-activated keys — digital goods are non-refundable once consumed under EU consumer-protection rules and equivalent statutes.

  • Prohibited use

    Resale, sharing, reverse engineering, attempts to break the licensing protection, and using our products inside competing resale services are all prohibited. Violators have their accounts banned with no refund.

    Initiating a chargeback on a confirmed transaction without first contacting support is also prohibited. If something was charged in error we'll refund it ourselves; a chargeback results in a permanent ban and forfeiture of any unactivated licenses on the account.

  • Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms as the service evolves, regulations change, or our payment providers update their requirements. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.

    Material changes (pricing, refund policy, functional restrictions) are announced 7 days before taking effect — via email and an in-account banner. Minor edits (typos, wording clarifications) apply immediately.

  • Jurisdiction and disputes

    The service operates under the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation; if the parties can't reach an agreement the dispute goes to the commercial arbitration court at the seller's registered address.

    If you reside in the EU, UK, or US, your local consumer-protection laws apply to the extent they don't conflict with this agreement. A refund within 14 days of purchase is always available if the key has not been activated.
