How your key arrives

  • How it works

    Once payment is confirmed the system pulls a key from the pool — for most products that takes 5–15 seconds. The key is emailed to the address linked to the order and simultaneously appears under "My keys" in your account.

    Activation is hardware-bound on first launch. That closes the door on sharing and theft: even if your email or account is stolen, the key won't activate on someone else's machine.

    Median time from payment to key-in-inbox is 12 seconds. No manual approvals, no "waiting for the seller to come online."

  • How long to wait

    99% of the time the key arrives instantly. Occasionally a payment processor lags on confirmation — in those cases delivery takes 1–5 minutes after the actual charge.

    If you don't see the key within 10 minutes, check your spam folder (especially on Gmail or Yandex.Mail), then open your account: the key is always mirrored there even if the email is delayed. Mail-provider antispam can stall a message, but the account copy is available immediately.

  • Where to find your key

    Three places at once: your email inbox, the "My keys" tab in your account, and your order history. Any of them is the source of truth — the key is identical everywhere.

    Next to each key in your account there's "Download instructions" (PDF in English or Russian) and "Copy key" (no whitespace, ready to paste). If the product ships with a DLL or installer, the download link is right there too.

  • It's a digital product

    A key is a sequence of characters that activates online. No physical delivery, no parcels, no boxes. No postal services, tracking, or shipping addresses — we only need your email and payment details.

    Digital is both an upside and a constraint. Upside: seconds-long delivery to any region. Constraint: under EU consumer-protection rules and equivalent statutes, an activated digital good is not eligible for refund or exchange.

    Digital product = instant delivery + restricted refund. If you're unsure about compatibility, check the product page or message support before paying.

  • If something is wrong

    Key didn't arrive within 10+ minutes, doesn't activate on the right system, returns "invalid" — message support. Median resolution time is 25 minutes; in most cases a replacement is issued automatically without a back-and-forth.

    If a key was issued and worked, then stopped (ban, vendor revocation, license revoked) — that's covered: we either replace the key or refund you, depending on the product type and the reason for the failure.

  • Regions and restrictions

    Most products work globally, but some regional keys (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation) only activate in specific countries. The region is marked in bold on the product page — verify it before checkout.

    If activation fails because of a regional restriction that was clearly stated on the product page, no refund is issued. If the restriction wasn't stated or was inaccurate — that's our error and we'll refund you in full.
